sushi dai omakase menu

Sushi is a wonderful food; that fresh subtle taste of the different types of fish and seafood, and that melt in your mouth sensation. In Japan and Japanese restaurants in general, it is usually a good idea to order the omakase (お任せ) if you are not sure what to have. This is essentially a preset menu or ‘chef’s choice’ based on the best selection of seafood given the season, availability, etc. You can see the glassed doors of Sushi Dai (a popular sushi bar in Tokyo) in the picture above, along with the omakase menu in Japanese (featuring a couple of sushi sets), and the queue of people in the reflection (who queue up for hours from early in the morning).
